    • The prices are per person and night for 2 people in a room, including half board with all inclusive services, plus local tax per person and day. 
    • Extra charge for Superior room (to specify in request's notes): 20€/person/day.
    • *The FANES GROUP FIDELITY CARD offers advantages for the services of the various structures. 
    • Discounts are not accumulative. Short stays: for bookings of less than 3 days we charge a supplement of 10%. 
    • Single room: when booking a single room, we charge a surcharge of 35 € per day. 
    • We ask for your understanding if, in accordance with European standards and in the absence of other agreements, we charge the following fees in the event of cancellation of your stay:
    •  Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee 
    • Cancellation 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 30 % of the booking amount 
    • Cancellation 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 60 % of the booking amount 
    • Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival or non-arrival: 100 % of the booking amount 
    • Late arrival or early departure: 80 % of the daily rate per unused day

    The above prices include the following:

    TV-color, SAT, phone, safe, hairdryer, complete bed linen, bathtowels, daily cleaning of floors and bathroom, light, heating, private parking below, transfer from parking to the hut at arrival and departure, playroom for kids, table tennis, table- soccer, sun terrace with deck-chairs and tables, VAT.
